Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team as an Executive - Sales (Trainee) in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be comfortable making calls, and have the ability to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to explain products and services.
Obtain and maintain accurate customer information and data.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Minimum graduation required; any graduate degree is acceptable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
In-depth understanding of company services and industry trends.
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Strong persuasive and goal-oriented approach to sales.
Experience as a Telecaller or similar role in the Sales Department.
