Executive- Sales & Marketing ( Real Estate )

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct site visits with clients and provide professional advice on property investment options.
• Follow up with potential leads and maintain an up-to-date CRM system.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Assist in creating and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with design teams to develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Manage and update property listings on company website and real estate portals.
• Organize and participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
