Job Description

Overview : We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, passion for sales, and ability to consistently achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities : - Make outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of converting leads into sales. - Handle customer objections and offer solutions to meet their needs. - Follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential customers. - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization. - Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system. Required Qualifications : - Prior experience in Tele sales and revenue generation - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Excellent communication and conversational skills. - Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Proficiency in using CRM. Day Shift - 9.30 to 6.30 Shift days - Monday to Saturday - Sunday Fixed Off
