Executive (RM/PM)

Qualification : Any Graduate / MBA in Materials Management or Supply Chain

Experience : 1–3 years in RM/PM procurement in a manufacturing environment

Must-Haves:

• Procure RM/PM as per production planning and inventory requirements
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers to ensure quality and supply reliability
• Obtain quotations
• Coordinate with QA, stores, and production for material specifications and approvals
• Monitor lead times, delivery schedules, and ensure on-time availability of materials
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance periodically
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory via SAP systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GST, HSN codes, and procurement SOPs
• Handle import documentation and coordination

Want to Haves:

• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP
• Analytical and result-oriented approach
• Ability to manage timelines under pressure
