Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished biological products.
Hands-on experience with
HPLC
and
electrophoretic test methods
.
Conduct
cell-based assays
,
activity/potency-based assays
, and
biochemical group testing
.
Proficient in
colorimetric
,
spectrophotometric
, and
ELISA-based techniques
.
Operate and maintain QC instruments such as
spectrophotometers
,
microplate readers
,
microscopes
, and other relevant equipment.
Utilize relevant
21 CFR-compliant software
.
Ensure documentation and processes follow
GLP (Good Laboratory Practice)
and
GDP (Good Documentation Practice)
standards.
Apply knowledge of
QMS elements
including
OOS
,
incident deviation
, and
change control
procedures.
Basic understanding of
analytical method validation
.
Work systematically with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all testing activities.
