Executive QA/QC

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Construction Chemicals division at Navsari Plant as an Executive – QA/NQC. The role involves supporting quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and R&D guidelines. The candidate should have exposure to testing methodologies for construction chemical products and will work closely with the QA and R&D teams to maintain consistency, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality checks of raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products.
• Assist in developing and implementing QA/QC protocols for construction chemical products (tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing, admixtures, etc.).
• Support R&D team in product trials, sample testing, and data analysis.
• Document and maintain test records, inspection reports, and calibration logs.
• Coordinate with production team to ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve deviations.
• Report non-conformities, assist in root cause analysis, and support corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain compliance with ISO, BIS, and other regulatory requirements.

Desired Qualification

• M.Sc. (Chemistry) – specialization in construction chemicals / material science preferred.

Experience & Industry Background

• 0–1 year of experience in QA/QC or R&D, preferably in construction chemicals.
• Freshers with internship or dissertation work in related fields may also be considered.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of chemical testing methods and lab instruments.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Good coordination with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D).
• Safety and compliance-oriented mindset.
• MS Office proficiency; basic ERP knowledge preferred.
