Executive Production

We are looking for a Food Technologist who can plan daily production, coordinate with different teams, and make sure the products are made and sent out on time. You will also help track raw materials, report any wastage, and keep daily cost records. This role is important for smooth factory operations and good product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Production Planning :
• Collect daily production requirements from the sales team.
• Ensure production execution aligns with the planned quantities and timelines.
• Purchase Order Coordination :
• Coordinate with the Finance team to generate invoices against PO
• Production & Dispatch Coordination :
• Coordinate daily production output with the Logistics team for timely dispatch.
• Ensure correct quantity, batch, and packaging are followed during dispatch.
• Delivery Confirmation & Finance Handover :
• Collect delivery confirmation from the Logistics/Dispatch team.
• Share delivery status and confirmations with the Finance team for further processing.
• Raw Material Planning :
• Estimate and communicate the raw material requirement for the next day to the Procurement team.
• Track daily usage and consumption against the planned quantity.
• Raw Material Consumption Reporting :
• Update daily raw material consumption details.
• Compare planned vs actual consumption and report any deviations or wastage.
• Record and analyze wastage, if any, with proper reasoning.
• Cost Monitoring :
• Update the Cost per Manufacturing Unit (CMU) for the day.
• Ensure the cost data is accurately entered in the Profit Tracker.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,012.91 - ₹15,000.00 per month
