Experience: 2-3 Years experience in home decor segment
Candidate would be responsible for -
# Market research work to assess the growth potential
# Analyse the current trend and future trends
# New product development as per company's plan in home decor category.
# Coordination with the design, sales & production team to ensure smooth working
# Prototyping
# Launch communications
# Monitoring of performance against targets.
