Executive Procurement (PTP-PR-PO)

As an Executive Procurement at NEC Software Solutions (India), your role involves creating Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) following defined formats based on input from stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external teams to confirm details for cancellation, creation, or amendment of PR and PO, as well as resolving any system errors. Additionally, you will need to follow up with vendors/stakeholders for material and service delivery, maintain trackers, and initiate vendor evaluation with the business team. Key Responsibilities: - Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) following standard operating procedures - Coordinate with internal and external teams for PR and PO details, resolving system errors - Follow up with vendors/stakeholders for material and service delivery, and maintain trackers - Initiate and coordinate vendor evaluation with the business team - Maintain PP-PO tracker and update Dashboard for internal management reporting - Prepare and share reports as requested by Management - Ensure timely and accurate task closure following agreed TAT with 100% accuracy rate - Understand and apply PTP processes, policies, procedures, and internal control standards - Respond timely to queries from internal and external stakeholders Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in IT / B.E / B.Tech / B.Com - Experience: 2 to 4 Years - Working knowledge of SAP MM and PS module - Knowledge of system, applications, operating tools, metrics, and Excel - Good communication skills with strong verbal & written presentation skills - Flexibility to work in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment - Self-motivated with the ability to initiate change - Ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels Additional Information: - Location: Bangalore / Navi Mumbai (Airoli) - Working Hours: US Shift (6.00 PM TO 3 AM) - Work from Home during Night Shift required - Flexible to travel based on business requirements - Possibility of shift timing changes post-transition to a Hybrid Work from Office model For more information about NEC Software Solutions (India) and NEC Corporation, please visit their respective websites.,
