Executive-Plant Logistics

You will be working as an Executive/Analyst Plant logistics in Kharadi, Pune with 3-8 years of experience. Your role will involve handling pre-shipment documentation for both domestic and export shipments in SAP. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing E-way bills for export shipments and coordinating with various teams such as Marketing, Sales, Planning, Plant team (QA, Production, Warehouse), as well as external stakeholders like Logistics service providers. It is essential for you to have a strong understanding of EXIM and Logistics, and be well-versed in compliance documentation for domestic and international shipments (including GST invoice, E-way Bill, Export invoice & packing list, Shipping bill, BOL, Custom, etc). You will also be required to generate MIS reports for analysis and improvement purposes. Having core knowledge in Logistics, EXIM/import-export management, Supply chain management, and intermediate Excel skills is crucial for this role. Proficiency in SAP, along with strong communication, coordination, interpersonal skills, time management, and a focused work approach are also desired qualities.,
