Job Description

Looking for Executive - Packaging Development

Artwork Coordination:
Assist in the preparation, revision, and finalization of packaging artworks in coordination with internal teams and external design agencies.
Packaging Component Development:
Support in evaluating and developing packaging components (e.g., cartons, labels, bottles, foils) based on product and regulatory requirements.
Specification Management:
Help in creating and updating packaging specifications and maintaining proper documentation for all components.
Sample Development & Trial Coordination:
Coordinate with vendors for development of packaging samples and assist in conducting packaging trials at plant locations.
Vendor Coordination:
Communicate with packaging material vendors for artwork, sample submission, and clarifications under supervision.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Procurement, and Production teams for timely approvals and implementation.
Data & Documentation Support:
Maintain and organize data related to packaging materials, artworks, and approvals in structured formats for easy access
