The Trainer Operations Coordinator manages end-to-end trainer operations, including scheduling sessions, maintaining trainer databases, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth communication and issue resolution. The role oversees training logistics, provides required materials, supports trainer onboarding, and ensures compliance with TNC's training guidelines and quality standards. Responsibilities also include tracking attendance, consolidating feedback, maintaining audit-ready records, processing trainer invoices, addressing trainer concerns, and coordinating rescheduling when needed.
