About Intas:

Walk-In Drive

Experience Required: -

Qualification Required: -

Job Responsibilities: -

Operate and monitor OSD packing lines, specifically HV1 Cartonator and CAM NMX machines.
Perform machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and routine adjustments to ensure smooth packing operations.
Conduct in-process checks for batch coding, blister quality, leaflet insertion, carton sealing, and overall pack integrity.
Maintain accurate packing documentation, including logbooks, BPR entries, machine parameters, and checklists as per GMP.
Ensure line clearance, cleaning, and equipment hygiene before and after batch operations.
Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and Production teams to manage deviations, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
Follow GMP, GDP, safety, and data integrity standards during packing operations.
Support continuous improvement in packing efficiency, line productivity, and reduction of rejection/wastage.
