Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN networks
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
Troubleshoot network issues (connectivity, routing, switching, firewall, etc.)
Manage and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other network devices
Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewall rules, access control, and intrusion prevention.
Manage IP addressing schemes, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and network segmentation
Perform regular network health checks, backups, and firmware updates
Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for network-related escalations
Support disaster recovery planning and execution for network components
Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and inventory
Collaborate with cybersecurity and server teams for integrated IT infrastructure support

Managerial Skills and Experience:

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good time management and prioritization
Excellent communication and coordination skills
