Job Description

You are applying for the position of Executive I - Plant Engineering in the Plant Engineering department at the specified location in Visakhapatnam, AP, IN. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Operating packing machines and ensuring their efficient performance - Conducting filler operations as per the production requirements - Cleaning machines during changeover and CIP processes to maintain hygiene standards - Demonstrating operational knowledge of Cartoning machines for packaging purposes - Utilizing printers such as Ink jet, Wax, and thermal printers for labeling - Filling cartridges in printers as needed - Managing changeover of packing lines machines for different products - Familiarity with safety sensors like Curtain sensor and limit switches for operational safety - Proficiency in handling various PLC systems including Siemens, Allen Bradley, and ABB - Understanding of Gear box motors and servo motors for machine operations - Ensuring proper feeding of packing material in machines when required - Conducting preventive and predictive maintenance of machines to avoid breakdowns - Implementing 5s principles for workplace organization and efficiency - Knowledge of CLRI (Central Leather Research Institute) standards - Timely movement of scrap from respective production lines for cleanliness and safety purposes Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation - 0-3 years of relevant work experience is desired If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, kindly provide them for further insights.,
