Job Description

You will be an Executive I - Plant Engineering in the Plant Engineering department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Operating packing machines - Operating filler machines - Cleaning machines during changeover and CIP - Having operational knowledge of Cartoning machines - Understanding and operating various printers such as Ink jet, Wax, and thermal - Filling cartridges in printers - Conducting changeovers of packing lines machines - Familiarity with safety sensors like Curtain sensor, limit switches, etc. - Knowledge of Various PLC systems like Siemens, Allen Bradley, ABB, etc. - Understanding Gear box motors and servo motors - Feeding packing material into machines when required - Performing preventive and predictive maintenance of machines - Implementing 5s block and CLRI - Ensuring timely movement of scrap from respective lines Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation - 0-3 years of relevant work experience is desired,
