Role & responsibilities

Recombinant vector and clone development
Cell line development
Clone screening & clone evaluation
Cell banking and maintenance
Handling of cell cultures up to 5L (SF) and AMBR
Cell line engineering: Crispr/Cas KI/KO of Mammalian cell lines
Experiment performing, monitoring and reporting
Data analysis and presentation
Implementation/Execution of the safety norms.
SOP preparation, LNB (lab note book) writing and maintenance.
Lab management
Report preparation
Literature study

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of Molecular-biology/Microbiology.
Knowledge of cell culture.
Knowledge

of ICH and other regulatory guidelines w.r.t recombinant production cell line development
