Job Description: Executive – Liaison
Position: Executive – Liaison
Experience Required: 6–8 years
Education: Graduate
Language Proficiency: Marathi (mandatory)
Technical Skills: AutoDCR handling/calculations, knowledge of land revenue matters
Role Summary
The Executive – Liaison will be responsible for coordinating with various government authorities, statutory bodies, consultants, and internal stakeholders to obtain, track, and manage all approvals and compliances related to building proposals, land matters, and project development. The role requires strong communication skills, deep understanding of government procedures, and hands-on experience with AutoDCR and municipal processes.
