Job Description

Position: Document Controller – Liaison

No of Post - 1

Experience: 6–8 years
Education: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage detailed records of all project-related documents and paperwork associated with liaisoning activities.
  • Utilize and navigate the AutoDCR portal efficiently, with a clear understanding of all necessary documents, drafts, letters, and procedures involved in the BMC submission process.
  • Assist in maintain records for IOD, CC, OC compliances, along with other NOC-related requirements, ensuring timely follow-up and tracking of expiry/renewal dates for all permissions and NOCs.
  • Serve as a communication link between internal departments, external agencies, and relevant stakeholders for all document- and record-related coordination.
  • Manage official correspondence, prepare letters, drafts, and supporting materials, while handling sensitive and confidential information for the liaisoning team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
