Job Description

Roles and responsiblity:

Sales

and

Distribution

(SD):

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD module (Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Delivery processes).
Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and provide solutions that leverage the SD module.
Configure and optimize key SD components such as Sales Order Processing, Pricing Procedures, Billing, Delivery Management, Credit Management, and Sales Information Systems (SIS).
Perform system integrations between SD and MM, PP, and other modules (such as FI/CO) to ensure smooth flow of data.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the SD module, working with the development and support teams as necessary.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to business users.
Logistics execution (LE) knowledge is a must

2. Materials

Configure and support SAP MM processes
Work on inventory management, material master, and procurement-related processes
Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to provide support on MM transactions such as Goods Receipt (GR) and Invoice Verification (IV).

3. Production

Provide basic support for SAP PP processes and integration with production planning.
Support efficient planning and execution of production processes.
Cross-Module Integration:

4. Continuous

Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis for SD/MM/PP issues.

Work on process improvements, support system upgrades, and assist with other SAP projects as needed.
