Job Description

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for talking to potential clients, explaining services, and helping the company increase sales from the office.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with potential clients to explain services.
Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions.
Maintain client records and update sales databases.
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
Share client feedback with the team to improve services.

Skills Required

Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM tools.
Confidence in handling calls and client queries.
Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in any field.
0-3 years of experience in sales/telecalling/inside sales.
