Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Immigration, Travel, or Hospitality industry.

Reporting To: Manager – Immigration (Inbound)

Job Summary:

Lex Visas is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Immigration (Inbound) to support expatriate employees of multinational corporations with immigration and property compliance services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the immigration, travel, or hospitality industry and be comfortable working with legal documents, government processes, and expat coordination. Key Responsibilities:

o Support expat employees of corporate clients with immigration and property compliance requirements

o Assist with immigration processes including FRO registrations, Employment Visa extensions, and police verifications

o Review and process tax documents, indemnity bonds, and other legal guarantees

o Help with document legalization as required for immigration procedures

o Gather necessary documents and information from clients and prepare comprehensive case files for submission

o Track document expirations and set up timely alerts to ensure compliance

Key Skills and Other Traits:

o Strong attention to detail and observational skills

o Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

o Good verbal and written communication in English

o Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.

o Office-based role with occasional local travel within Pune

o Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler

o Must be currently residing in Pune

Compensation Range:

o INR 3,60,000 /- to INR 4,80,000/- LPA (including incentive, lunch and other benefits).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
