Qualification - MBA-HR or Equivalent degree in HR
Roles & responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various job portals, including Naukri.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidates' suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Recruitment Processes:
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and create job postings.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Provide updates on the recruitment pipeline and candidate status.
- Onboarding and Post joining formalities.
- Personal Files Audit & Management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
