Executive Hotel & Car Booking

Job description :

• Facilitating the Hotel & Car bookings for Domestic sector
• Interacting with vendors on day-to-day basis for the Client requirements
• Will be responsible for providing customer support to clients related to Car and Hotel booking.

Required Candidate profile

Making professional, accurate, cost arrangements for clients
Liaising with accounts for proper billing execution and payment collectionReversal within 24 hours on booking

• Focusing on Customer Service, ensuring team continuously excels & exceeds customer expectations
• Train, Mentor & help develop individual skills of team members. Setting KPIs for the team in line with business objectives, reviewing them periodically managing them to deliver outstanding results.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure the fleet is maintained in accordance with the established standards
• Managing ground transportation requirements for events & conferences for Corporate Clients
• Handling Client Grievances, Escalations, Client Management & Visiting Corporate Clients for building business relations
• Ensuring Timely closure of Rental Agreements on daily basis for revenue generation
• Monitoring business practices are in line with company standards
• Daily report submission to the Management on Utilization of the fleet
• Providing Procedural & Operational recommendations to Managing Director in the interest of Company

Role & responsibilities

Candidate have to coordinate with travel agents, provide them requested quotations for travel packages / services. confirm & reconfirm travel booking with service providers, attend and solve travelers issues (if any) faced by them while travelling, amendments in existing travel booking, cancellation / refunds follow up with service providers / suppliers.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates must have valid experience in same field. Diploma or Degree in tourism & hospitality course. Good communication skill, should be able to coordinate with travel agents and travel service providers. Quick learner, cam work in team. very good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
