Role Overview:

The Operations Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, supporting cross-functional teams, and contributing to the execution of strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about making a difference in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

-Assist in managing daily administrative and operational tasks.

-Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and collaborative projects.

-Maintain documentation, records, and databases.

Project Coordination:

-Support the planning and execution of healthcare events, webinars, and campaigns.

-Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliverables.

-Track project timelines and report progress to stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

-Identify and suggest improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

-Assist in implementing new tools and systems for better operational management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.

13 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Interest in the healthcare sector and a collaborative mindset.
