Job Description

Role & responsibilities Service Level Monitoring: Ensure on-time performance and maintain high service quality for Surface Express and Air Express operations. Cost Optimization: Minimize feeder and express transportation costs through maximum capacity utilization and reduce pick-up and delivery expenses without compromising service quality. Business Partner & Vendor Management: Develop and retain key business partners and vendors while ensuring strict compliance with company policies. Operational Coordination & Project Handling: Coordinate seamlessly between Operating Units (OUs), Zone Offices (ZOs), Head Office (HO), and Zone Divisions (ZDs). Efficiently manage special project deliveries and pick-ups. Policy Implementation & Monitoring: Implement company policies consistently and monitor DEPS compliance. Keep the Head of Quality informed about new developments within the zone. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational targets. Act as the extended arm of the Regional Operations Head, facilitating smooth strategy execution and effective communication. Preferred candidate profile With logistics background Readiness to groom self and take up future Shift Leader roles Key Competencies: Strong statistical analysis and interpretation Solid geographical awareness and industry networking Effective communication skills Proven people management capabilities Readiness to learn internal of IT systems and tools
