GeM Portal Monitoring Executive (Government e-Marketplace)

Job Overview :

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to oversee daily monitoring of the

Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. This person will track new tenders, bids, and

opportunities, analyse relevant details, maintain documentation, and alert the Chief Growth Officer

on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Monitoring & Opportunity Identification

2. Tender Analysis & Documentation

Qualifications & Skills :

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating the GeM portal, using advanced search features, and working with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analytical & Organizational Skills: Sharp attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines, and track progress systematically.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills to craft clear, concise alerts and summaries, and to coordinate with teams.

Key Deliverables

• Daily alert report - with new opportunities summary.
• Updated tender tracker with statuses, deadlines, and actions.
• Ad-hoc briefing or follow-up when urgent high-value opportunities emerge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
