Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting and payment-related activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing vendor invoices approved for payment and ensure timely release as per company financial policies
• Record daily payment and receipt transactions accurately in the accounting software
• Maintain petty cash and assist in maintaining the cash book
• Support reconciliation of customer booking advances and collections
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities
• Help prepare project-wise collection and expense data
• Assist in compiling OD utilization and supporting financial reports
• Coordinate with banks and assist in updating bank statements / passbooks
• Support PF-related documentation and monthly filings
• Ensure confidentiality of financial data and proper documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts / finance
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Working knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in construction or real estate industry is an added advantage
• Female candidates only
