Executive- Finance R2R

As an Executive- Finance R2R at Birlasoft, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of consolidated/standalone books of accounts and financial reports. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and issuing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and other financial documents in compliance with Indian accounting standards. You will also be responsible for SEBI LODR guidelines compliance, RPT compliance, and accounting for critical aspects such as ESOP and business combinations. Furthermore, you will need to maintain high standards of accuracy in financial data representation, review related party transactions, provide insights on key variances, and assist auditors during the audit process. Your role will also involve recommending process improvements to enhance reporting speed and efficiency, along with developing strong relationships with internal teams. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a similar industry. Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA ERP system, financial accounting standards, and principles is essential. Proficiency in financial consolidation tools and systems, as well as strong competencies in financial consolidation, financial accounting, time management, and operational delivery, will be key to success.
