Executive- Finance R2R

Role Overview: As an Executive - Finance R2R at Birlasoft, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation of consolidated/standalone books of accounts and financial reports. Your role will involve compliance with SEBI LODR guidelines, data for RPT compliance, and maintaining high standards of accuracy in financial data representation. Additionally, you will review consolidated reports, assist auditors with query resolution, and provide recommendations to improve the consolidation process. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of consolidated/standalone books of accounts & financial reports - Review and issuance of Consolidated and Standalone Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, etc. - Compliance with SEBI LODR guidelines and data for RPT compliance - Accounting for critical aspects like ESOP, Business combinations, Trade deposits, etc. - Maintaining high standards of accuracy in financial data representation - Review and approve Related Party Transactions Schedule/reconciliation - Assist auditors with query resolution related to consolidation - Provide recommendations to improve the Consolidation process - Maintain Fixed Asset Register and coordinate physical verification of assets - Work on lease accounting as per IND AS 116 and review Lease asset schedule Qualifications Required: - Qualified Chartered Accountant - 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting process, preferably in the same or similar industry - Knowledge and experience of SAP S4 HANA ERP system - Sound understanding of various Financial Accounting Standards and Accounting Principles - Expertise in tools and systems for Financial Consolidation About Birlasoft: Birlasoft is a global technology company that enables next-generation digital transformation through expertise in Cloud, AI, Data, and enterprise solutions.
