Executive - Final Disbursement Accounts (FDA) - Shipping Agency

**Job Description:** You will be responsible for coordinating with the Branch offices and Travel desk team to collect invoices and supporting documents for various services provided to the Ship (Vessel) by our company. Additionally, you will ensure all services are accurately charged in the Final Disbursement Account (FDA) and dispatch it to clients as required. Your role will involve collating invoices, preparing the FDA, maintaining records, and handling other tasks assigned by the department. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate with Branch offices and Travel desk to gather invoices and supporting documents. - Follow up on any missing invoices or documents. - Prepare the Final Disbursement Account (FDA) by cross-checking with the Proforma Disbursement Account (PDA) provided by the PDA team. - Ensure accurate charging of all services in the FDA. - Dispatch the FDA to clients via courier, scan copy, or uploading on their portal. - Maintain records and file the Final Disbursement Account (FDA). **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum graduate in commerce stream. - Good communication skills (verbal & written). - Commerce background with knowledge of accounting principles. - Ability to align with departmental objectives and meet deadlines. - Prior work experience in Shipping Agency / Maritime industry preferred.,
