Owners or Charterers or Ship Managers, etc. for appointing AGS as their agents via PAM . 2) Co-ordinating with Master / Owner for getting required pre-arrival information for completing inward / outward clearance. 3) Giving ETA notices on daily basis to Shippers / Receivers / Terminal / Charterers under copy to Master / Owner via PAM . 4) To update vessels berthing prospects on daily basis to Shipper /Receiver / Owner / Charterer / Master via telephone calls, WApp, email, (in coordination with team leader) via PAM . Telephone call to Master / Ship to be avoided, unless in an emergency. 5) Prompt reporting to immediate superior regarding Technical issues and latest update of vessels. 6) Monitor vessel IGM (SAM) / VCN. Check if all documents are submitted to Port / Customs. 7) Obtain from Branch offices IGM (SAM) information (Number / Date) via E-mail / WApp, and convey to concerned parties, viz. Port / Owners, Charterers, Receivers. 8) Updating information in PAMS (in-house SOFTWARE). POST VESSEL ARRIVAL: Prior Berthing / Commencement of Operations 1) Upon receiving NOR message from The Master, and as per instructions from Charterers / Owners, Tender Notice of Readiness (NOR) to Receivers / Shippers / Terminal under copy to Charterers / Owners upon arrival OR when vessel is ready in all respects to load / discharge as per relevant charter party via PAM . 2) Obtain exclusive berthing prospects (finalized in the daily berthing meeting) in order to all concerned informed suitably via PAM . 3) Provide all necessary information to Master for smooth berthing of vessel. 4) Keep all concerned informed re Berthing, Connections, Load/Discharge Rate, Commencement of Loading / Discharging Operations via PAM. 5) If cargo to be discharged against OBL, then check with Boarding staff the OBL is carried prior departing from the office premises to vessel. 6) Updating vessel log during loading / discharging / any other operation and sending it to Receivers / Shippers /Terminal / Charterer / Owners as instructed by person in-charge for agency appointment via PAM . 7) In case of vessel sailing on EDP, to issue Original Bill(s) of Lading on behalf of Master / Owners, basis authorization from Master / Owners, in consultation with Manager / Sr. Manager. 8) Coordinating with our Branch (operations) for obtaining all the latest operational information regarding vessel loading / discharging etc. 9) Contacting boarding officer from respective Branch, for getting entire information in order to keep all concerned timely informed. 10)Obtain cargo figures every three hours, analyse the info from branches in unique standard format & via WApp and send same to all concerned via PAM . 11)Coordinate for all services that have been ordered promptly reporting the successful completion of assigned tasks to clients. 12)Ensure that quotations for desired services are sent promptly by DA Dept. 13)Check with DA if vessel can be sailed out and no pending dues. 14)Promulgate the SOF of the vessel with ALL concerned parties and ensure all inputs from all parties are incorporated with other interested parties informed / concur. After completion of operations 1) Obtain Cargo Operation Documents from branches in prescribed standard format. 2) After completion of loading / discharging operations, to send cargo operation documents to all concerned as required, via PAM. 3) Monitoring Services to be provided to ships After Sailing of Vessel 1) Ensure to enter ATD in PAMS, followed by Thanks Message to The Master / Owners via PAM.
