What your day-to-day will look like

Financial ManagementTo manage and control all critical spares for all installations as per manufacturer recommendations and inventoryCoordinate with AEM for collating all R&M requirements quarterly basis.Follow up for assigned PO, work completion as per PO until invoice submission.
Operations ManagementTo carry out all engineering & operational proceduresEnsure proper functioning of the following system in the facilityAll Electrical SystemsAll HVAC systemAll PAC sWater, Plumbing, Sanitary SystemsElevators/LiftsCafeteria equipment sTo liaise with the vendors for maintenance/service practices of M&E contactors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations.To ensure that all maintenance related schedules & shut down in consultations with OEM & Accenture are followed.Daily inspection of logbooks, history card, checklist, escalation charts, OCP & PPM schedules etc. for a better management of engineering systemsTo ensure and guide the technical staff attends & work for closures for all F&S technical related issues in the facility.To adhere to 52 weeks annual M&E maintenance schedule.To maintain consistency on agreed SLA & KPI.To participate during emergency evacuation procedure and manage all health & safety issues. 1Prepare and collate data related to vendor performance and escalate as required.Ensure proper usage & functioning of facility tools (IMT, VMT, Sites ops modules, Site Inspection Tool) as per defined scope.Ensure all PM work orders in 360 facility tool/ Archibus are closed and escalate in case of any deviation. Track and close all builder related queries in QMS on monthly basis.Conduct M&E onboarding process, back to Basic as defined.Ensure all the mandatory trainings are conducted as per schedule and track for attendance.Coordinate for execution of works related to IC requests without escalations.Conduct interview for M&E new joiners.Ensure 100% usage of online work permit tool and upload incidents in the incident tool.Proper handing & taking over tabs which are utilized for taking equipment readings.Conduct central store audit, BMS store audit and BMS audit on monthly basis.Facility walk around and ensure Walk around map & Guide is followed and maintained.Coordinate with DM team for any issues that need help.Important and VIP client visits to be coordinated with Events team and should be managed without escalations.Ensure to close the Seibel tickets on time & weekly once do analysis for repeated complaints and highlight to CEEnsure to support for all client audits /Internal & External auditsEnsure the functionality of all technology tools in the facility
Records ManagementTo ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly records are prepared and sent to the chief engineer for all engineering related activities.To update & maintain all records on daily basis (Logbooks, History Cards, Equipment details, Service Reports, Incident Reports etc.)
Estate ManagementTo ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly records are prepared and sent to the chief engineer for all engineering related activitiesEnsure visit and inspect all the critical areas maintained by builder wherever allowed on a daily basis - (Chiller, HT, DG, LT, LMR, STP and pump rooms)Ensure daily co-ordination with the builder on the diesel / waterTrack & ensure all the activities are performed by the builder as per the contract like FAPA test, Fa ade glass cleaning etc.,Follow up on all the invoices submission by the builder on timeIntimate on any deviation in builder operation and follow up on closure
Reporting ManagementDaily Report - DSR/walk around guide, SLA Report, Engineering reportWeekly report - Major highlights, zonal point, Weekly R&M trackerMonthly Report -MMR, fortnightly central store SIH report, Energy Report, IIEE Report, Major works carried out report & Equipment Status Report, LCD Projector Report, Statutory Compliance Report, Monthly reportEscalation to be followed during an incident as per escalation matrix.LocationOnsite (Jaipur)
