Executive Employee Relations

As the HR contact for various employee activities, your role will involve defining a structured Engagement Plan across business units. You will conduct skip level meetings and One-on-ones to ensure effective communication within the teams. Meeting with Team Leaders/Managers and Teams regularly will be essential to understand their concerns and apprise them of any HR updates. Handling grievances will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, where you will need to understand employee grievances and provide them with permanent solutions. You will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Internal Job Postings, communicating current openings to all employees, coordinating interviews, conducting interviews, and closing requirements within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). Employee engagement activities will also be under your purview, including organizing fun at work activities to maintain a high energy level on the work floor. Implementing HR Policies of the company and providing critical support and feedback in the process will be necessary. You will also play a role in the Performance Management system to ensure that employees acknowledge their plan of actions under the performance enhancement plan. Ensuring the implementation of the code of conduct within the organization will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will facilitate the monthly Rewards and Recognition program to recognize talented and outstanding employees by managing nominations, data ratification, and analysis. Initiation of discussions with employees who receive negative background verification reports and closing the cases within the defined TAT will also fall under your responsibilities. Qualification Required: - MBA in HR - Excellent communication skills - Experience working on MS Excel or WPS spreadsheet - Proficiency in Canva or Poster My Wall to create posters - Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts Please note that the job is based in Pune, India.,
