Executive Employee Relations

As the Human Resources (HR) in our organization, your primary responsibilities will include: - Acting as the primary HR contact for various employee activities and queries - Developing a structured Engagement Plan across all business units - Conducting skip level meetings and One-on-ones to foster communication and understanding - Meeting regularly with Team Leaders/Managers and Teams to address concerns and provide HR updates - Handling employee grievances effectively by understanding their concerns and providing permanent solutions - Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Internal Job Postings, including communicating openings, coordinating interviews, and closing requirements within the defined timeframe - Organizing and executing employee engagement activities to maintain a high energy level in the workplace - Implementing HR Policies of the company and offering critical support and feedback during the process - Managing the Performance Management system to ensure employees acknowledge and follow their enhancement plans - Enforcing the organization's Code of Conduct to ensure compliance among all employees - Leading the Rewards and Recognition program to acknowledge talented employees through nominations, data ratification, and analysis - Initiating discussions with employees who receive negative background verification reports and resolving the cases promptly Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA in HR is preferred - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in MS Excel or WPS spreadsheet - Experience in Canva or Poster my Wall for creating posters - Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts If you join our team, you will be based in Pune, IN, and will play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience and fostering a positive work culture within the organization.,
