Executive Electronics Engineer

oversees the design, development, and testing of electronic systems and components, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines

• Project Management:

  Develop project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and oversee the execution of electronics projects from inception to completion.

• Design & Development:

  Design new electronic devices and systems, create schematics and PCB layouts, and conduct circuit simulations and analysis using specialized software.

• Testing & Verification:

  Implement rigorous testing, validation, and verification processes to ensure product performance and reliability.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Work with product management and other teams to define product specifications, requirements, and ensure seamless integration.

• Technical Documentation:

  Prepare design specifications, test results, and project reports, documenting design work and keeping files updated.

• Technology Updates:

  Stay current with advancements in electronics technology and identify opportunities to improve designs and keep the company at industry standards.

Qualifications

• Education:

  A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Several years of work experience as an Electronics Engineer or in a similar engineering role.

• Technical Skills:

  Strong knowledge of electronic components, systems, and testing equipment.

• Software Proficiency:

  Experience with electronics design software, circuit simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, Altium Designer), and schematic capture.

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Industry Knowledge:
