We are hiring for Executive- Electrical Maintenance for Food processing company at Guntur.

Location: Guntur

Exp: Min 4+ yrs in maintainence any mfg industry

Qualification: Any Btech/Mtech EEE/Electrical

Position: Electrical Executive- Spices factories Domestic and Exports

Location: Guntur

Reports to: Plant Manager

Job Type: On role

Key Responsibilities:

1. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient shop floor operation and

maintaining targeted electrical engineering uptime of all processing equipment

and electrical systems in the spices processing factories.

2. The role requires a thorough understanding of electrical engineering

principles, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

production environment. Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems

and equipment to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.

3. He is responsible for upkeep of 11kV and 33kV electrical HT stations,

Transformers and LT systems at factory. Conduct regular inspections of

electrical systems to identify and address potential issues.

4. Diagnose and repair and trouble shoot electrical faults in machinery and

equipment.

5. Install new electrical equipment and systems as required. Carryout

upgradation of existing electrical systems to improve efficiency and safety.

6. Safety and Compliances: Ensure all electrical work complies with local,

state, and federal regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical

safety standards and best practices. Conduct safety training for staff and

ensure the use of proper protective equipment.

7. Prepare reports on electrical system performance and recommend

improvements. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair.

Document any incidents or accidents related to electrical equipment.

8. Team Development and Collaboration: Train, Coach and mentor reporting

teem to carryout tasks effectively. Work closely with production, quality and

other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
