Job Description

Job Description: Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance and maintenance tasks for Public Address (PA) systems, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems, and Fire Alarm Systems (FAS). Ensure all systems are functioning optimally and address any issues promptly to minimize downtime. Check and verify bills for the Engineering department, including Electrical, Mechanical, and Instrumentation divisions. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle SAP processes related to maintenance and engineering tasks. Ensure all data is accurately entered and maintained in the SAP system. Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to clear all Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), preventive maintenance, and service bills. Ensure timely and efficient resolution of any issues or discrepancies. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Engineering or BCA or diploma engineer Experience: 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience in engineering Billing roles. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation engineering principles. Experience with SAP processes and Billing
