Job Description

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage orders in Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
Book and manage appointments for Flipkart, Swiggy, and Blinkit platforms
Handle complete appointment lifecycle including slot booking and consignment readiness acknowledgment as per platform SOPs
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely raising of Tax Invoices and eWay Bills for all shipments
Track delivery status of each consignment from warehouse to customer, maintaining constant communication with delivery partners
Monitor and maintain records of all Goods Receiving Notes (GRNs) for every appointment
Ensure compliance with all platform-specific requirements and timelines
Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operations

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1-2 years of experience in eCommerce operations (preferably with Amazon and Flipkart)
Strong understanding of seller central platforms and their operational requirements
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to manage data effectively
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart)
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
