As an Executive Director Analytics Solution Product Manager within the Commercial & Investment Bank's Central Planning & Analysis Data & Innovation Team, you will be taking on a visionary leadership role to revolutionize corporate finance and planning by integrating traditional financial modeling with advanced data science and analytics solutions. Your main responsibilities will include: - Develop and Execute Data & Product Strategy: Formulate and implement data and product strategies that deliver measurable value to end users and senior leadership. - Lead Analytics & Financial Modeling: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of financial models, forecasting tools, dashboards, and analytics solutions using SQL, Python, and BI tools (Qlik, Tableau). - Innovate with Data Science: Design predictive models and apply advanced data science methodologies (AI, ML, econometrics) to blend traditional finance with modern analytics. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Conduct user interviews, prioritize needs, and translate business requirements into effective analytical solutions. Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, CIB LoBs, and Technology. - Executive Communication: Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports, clearly communicating complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences. - Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 15+ analysts and data modelers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. - Continuous Improvement: Promote intellectual curiosity and stay abreast of emerging trends in corporate finance, data science, and data consumption technologies. - Data Platform Expertise: Leverage cloud-based data platforms and emerging data consumption tools (e.g., AWS, Databricks) to enhance analytical capabilities. Qualifications Required: - Advanced degree in Finance, Quantitative Finance, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. - 18+ years of experience in data analysis, product management, and financial modeling within financial services. - Deep expertise in financial analysis, data strategy, and business intelligence tools (Qlik, Tableau). - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and traditional financial tools (advanced Excel, financial software). - Experience with data science/statistical analysis and programming/scripting (Python, R). - Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to prepare and deliver executive-level presentations. - Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. - Demonstrated ability to formulate product strategy, manage a backlog, and drive roadmap execution. - Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment. - Financial services industry domain expertise. Additionally, preferred qualifications include experience with cloud-based data platforms and technologies (AWS, Databricks), a background in fintech, banking, asset management, or consulting for financial clients, and experience with emerging data consumption tools and advanced econometric methods.,
