Job Description

As a member of the Digital Growth Acquisition team at Jainam Broking Limited, you will play a crucial role in engaging with prospective clients and guiding them through the account opening processes. Your primary responsibilities will include lead management, client relationship management, investment product knowledge, client servicing, compliance, upselling, cross-selling, reporting, and feedback. In terms of lead management and conversion, you will be expected to engage with potential clients through outbound calling, understand their needs, and assist them in the account opening procedures while ensuring proper documentation and compliance. Client relationship management is another key aspect of your role, where you will focus on building trust with clients by providing continuous support, timely updates, and personalized investment suggestions. You will also address client queries related to trading platforms, investments, and transactions. Having a deep understanding of equity, mutual funds, and other investment instruments is essential for this role. You will be required to explain the risk profiles, product features, and benefits to clients in simple and understandable terms. Ensuring client servicing and compliance is also critical. You must meet daily call targets, maintain a minimum of 3 hours of talk time, comply with internal company policies and SEBI regulations, and keep accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems. Furthermore, you will be responsible for identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, achieving monthly sales and conversion targets, and providing daily reports on lead status, client follow-ups, and conversion ratio. Your feedback on market trends will also be valuable in enhancing product offerings and services. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and convincing skills, a strong understanding of the stock market, trading tools, and client servicing, the ability to thrive under sales pressure and target-based performance, good knowledge of trading apps, brokerage platforms, and KYC procedures, as well as basic proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools.,
