Executive - Debt Management Services - Rural
Job Purpose
This position is open with a leading financial services company. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve Debt Management Services targets for the assigned branch, ensuring PI (Performance Indicator) targets are met.

Meet targets for Cost of Debt Management Services and ensure cost limits are adhered to on a monthly basis.

Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines for the entire Debt Management Services structure.

Ensure that Debt Management Services agencies and executives adhere to applicable legal guidelines.

Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct at all times.

Continuously monitor Debt Management Services agencies and executives to identify and prevent fraudulent practices, ensuring no loss is incurred due to such activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Strong people management skills.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong bias for action and ability to drive results in a high-performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship-building skills.
