 Executive - Debt Management Services - Rural 
 Job Purpose 
The Debt Management Specialist is responsible for managing delinquent accounts, recovering overdue payments, and maintaining strong financial relationships with clients.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Manage a team of collection officers to achieve overall targets.
  • Rectify problems encountered during the collection process.
  • Manage average collection reports to monitor and improve collection performance.
  • Case to case tracking.
  • Resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Debt collection strategy.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Proven experience in debt collection, account recovery, or related financial services.
  • Ability to achieve collection targets, preferably through direct customer or agency visits.
  • Experience monitoring performance and providing regular updates to management.
  • Thorough understanding of legal compliance in repossession and collections.
  • Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
  • Experience handling escalations and resolving issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement collection improvement strategies.
  • Experience managing or leading a team of collection officers.
  • Analytical skills for report management and performance monitoring.
  • Strong organizational skills for case tracking and portfolio management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, and legal proceedings related to debt collection.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including vendors and clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
