Key Responsibilites:
i. Attend the customer call for facility related issues.
ii. Supervision and monitoring customer day to day complaints and tracking.
iii. Customer relations management.
iv. Receiving and assigning complaints in digital platform and share to the concerned maintenance personnel.
v. Ensuring entry and completion records of complaints on daily basis.
vi. Close liaison with client’s office for all correspondences (Viz. Issue of Notices, circulars, etc.)
vii. Ensuring all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted on timely basis.
viii. Management of stationary and office consumables.
ix. Daily logging and maintaining of records of work done.
x. Timely escalation of suggestions/observations to improve the maintenance system and procedures.
xi. Management of all office functions in association with PM/TM/AFM.
xii. Co-ordinate events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
