Job Overview

We are seeking a CRM – Post Sales Executive to handle client coordination and documentation after deal closure. The role involves ensuring smooth onboarding, agreement management, and customer communication while maintaining accurate records and supporting the business development team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage email communication with clients and internal teams.
Coordinate approvals and ensure timely completion of agreements.
Maintain documentation (agreements, deposits, GST, F&F, etc.).
Keep records updated in internal files and systems.
Facilitate customer onboarding (welcome email, SOP information, WhatsApp group creation).
Ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal departments.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
0–3 years of experience in CRM, Post Sales, or Customer Coordination.
Good written & verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to handle documentation with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
