Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for logging Product Quality Complaints (PQC) in the database (TrackWise), acknowledging the complaints, providing response letters to complainants, reconciling received market complaints, reviewing Product Quality Complaint Investigation Reports (India Market), and coordinating with other stakeholders involved in the complaint handling process. Key Responsibilities: - Log Product Quality Complaints (PQC) in the database (TrackWise) - Acknowledge complaints to the complainants - Provide response letters to complainants - Reconcile received market complaints - Review Product Quality Complaint Investigation Reports (India Market) - Coordinate with other stakeholders involved in the complaint handling process Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: M.Sc (Life Sciences) / B.Pharm - Skills: Good Technical & Communication Skills, minimum 1 year experience in complaints handling process, candidate should have worked in USFDA work environment - Experience: 4-6 years Please note that the above job description provides a general overview of the role and responsibilities.
