Executive - Corporate Actions

As a member of the Equity Derivatives and Trading Operations team at Macquarie, you will work in a collaborative environment where trade support services are provided to the Commodities and Global Markets group. Your contributions will be valued and play a crucial role in driving outcomes within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end corporate action event life cycle for equity and fixed income securities - Handle tasks such as withholding tax, internal reporting, client elections, and manage election management in non-cash events - Interact with external agents like custodians, clearers, and depositories - Address queries from middle-office, finance, and other relevant parties Qualifications Required: - Tertiary qualification in a finance-related discipline - 3-5 years of demonstrative experience in the financial/banking industry - Minimum of 4 years focusing on Corporate Actions - Ability to work under pressure with a risk mindset - Willingness to work on public holidays, shifting schedules, and extended hours as needed - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Join a friendly and supportive team at Macquarie, a global financial services group with 56 years of unbroken profitability.
