Job Description

Conduct door-to-door visits , orientation sessions, and awareness drives.
Build trust and rapport within the community.
Ensure inclusion of marginalized groups (women, youth, differently abled, minorities) .
Facilitate formation of groups (youth clubs, SHGs, parent groups, livelihood clusters).
Identify potential participants for training, livelihood, health, or education programs.
Support in organizing events, workshops, and campaigns at the community level.
Collect data, maintain records of outreach, and share reports with project staff.
Follow up with beneficiaries to ensure retention and participation .
Provide feedback from the community to improve program delivery.
Work closely with field coordinators/center managers to meet mobilization targets.
