Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our services.
• Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase our offerings and gather feedback.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Education:

  A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience:

  0 to 3 years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.

• Skills:

  • Proficient in client relationship management and marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Intelligent and quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Work Schedule:

  Day shift, on-site work mode.

• Location:

  Mumbai City.

• Salary:

  3,00,000 annually.
