Description
As a CA Inter Qualified Executive joining the finance & accounts team, your role will involve managing core accounting functions, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and supporting audits to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger management. - Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards. - Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits. - Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - Support month-end and year-end closing activities. - Contribute to process improvements and ERP/automation initiatives. Qualifications Required: - CA Inter Qualified (Mandatory). - 25 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or finance. - Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Compliance. - Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting tools. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. In addition, preferred attributes include exposure to corporate finance, statutory audit, or compliance, experience in educational institutions / corporate groups (added advantage), and being detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
